Trust Mike and the technicians at Spradlin with your automotive needs. They are quick to get you in the door, and their diagnostic skills are the best. They'll track down the problem and fix it at minimum expense to you. They have never tried to upcharge me or recommend work that wasn't absolutely necessary to solve the problem. At a dealership they always find something else to charge you for. Not so at Spradlin. I've taken my Honda in for work twice in the past year, and I've come away more impressed with Mike and Spradlin Automotive each time.

"My relationship with Spradlin Service began in 1993. I was
                in town working to establish a new business. I got in my Acura one night,
                started the car, turned on the head lights at which time they both went out.
                The next morning I called all the Acura dealerships, no one would even look at
                the car. I then came across the Spradlin ad in the phone book, and I realized
                they were only a few blocks away so I called. Jerry Spradlin said no problem
                bring it right over. A few hours later Jerry called and said our car was ready.
                Afraid of what was coming next I ask about the cost. Jerry said both head
                lights had just burned out. There were no electrical problems with the car so
                he charged us for the two head lights. Not only was Jerry a nice guy, but he
                proved to be honest as well. His shop was always clean and he did his best to
                accommodate me. To this day I consider Jerry my friend. Since then Mike has
                taken over Spradlin Service and the service has been as good as if Jerry were
                still standing behind the counter. And as with Jerry, I now consider Mike a
                friend I can trust.

            I've lived in Cincinnati for almost 20 years. I have been going to Spradlin for nearly that long. When it comes to repairing your Japanese import car, you cannot do better than Spradlin. Once my car is out of warranty and my repair dollars are coming out of my pocket, I take my car to Spradlin.
They are professional and they are cost conscious always telling you the most economical option for getting your car back on the road. They are fast A couple of times I have taken my car there for very minor troubleshooting and they haven't even charged me. Today was one of those days. The guy said "No charge." I said "Really?" He said "Yeah. It was easy. No problem. No charge." 
One caveat. The word seems to be getting out so they are getting busy. But, they will work to get you in. You can't go wrong with these guys

            My husband and I have been going to Spradlin for quite a few years. The only exception is when we had new cars under warranty. We know that when we make an appointment we can trust that the service will be done right the first time and the price will be fair. If we go in for routine service they always check to insure the cars do not have any serious issues that are waiting to happen. Our cars are 11 and 10 years old and we feel confident that they will continue to drive safely because they are serviced by Spradlin.

            I visited Spradlin many years ago when another repair service told me I needed new brakes. I did not need new brakes at all! I've taken my Civic there ever since. They are HONEST! When I do need something fixed or preventative maintenance Mike lets me know. No one is crazy about spending money for car repair service, but Spradlin's prices are fair. A friend I referred to them recently told me their estimate was almost 30% less than the dealer. These guys are the real deal. I will NEVER let anyone else work on my car.

            I've been using Spradlin for the past 10 yrs on 4 acura's and I always find their service and honesty top notch. I'm fairly mechanically inclinded so I know when someones trying to pull one over....never so with Spradlin, they have always been straight shooters and totally profressional over the years and I trust my vehicles only with them. Tired of the acura dealer pricing and the constant gouging-look no further then Spradlin and you'll never bring your vehicle back to acura...Mike the service manager is super, takes the time to explain/educate and always tries to work you in to their schedule....These guys are the service MODEL for excellent and fairly priced auto service.

            Car engine light went on, and I was due for an oil change. Searching around I came across Spradlin and they had positive reviews on other sites. Thought I'd give them a shot seeing as I thought the oil change would fix the engine light. Well...turns out a new gasket and oxygen sensor later my car is as good as new. No, I wasn't super happy that my car ended up needing fixing, and I wasn't looking to spend real money, but hey, stuff happens. Mike (I think that's his name) was super nice though, kept me up to date, and explained everything to me before doing anything. When the car was finally ready, Mike was nice enough to answer my questions and allowed me to use a coupon from their website to get a discount. I even like their receipts which include detailed step by step information about what they did to the car. Very organized shop it would appear. Next time, I'll definitely look to their website for any discounts. Also it appears they get busy fast, so I'd call ahead.

If you drive a Japanese car, this is the place to bring your car. Mike Blomer and his team have done excellent work for our family's cars (six in all) for the past 13 years. I haven't been to a dealer since we moved here. They are fair, competent, appreciate their customers. I would recommend Spradlin every time!
